About Shipping and Delivery Fees
Yamato Transport Nekoposu (Free Shipping)
All standard orders are delivered via Nekoposu. This service is characterized by delivery to your mailbox or postbox, allowing you to receive your package even if you are not home. Packages typically arrive as early as the day after shipment.
■ Notes on Usage
Deliveries will be deposited into your mailbox or postbox.
※Depending on the size of your mailbox slot, delivery may not be possible.
※You cannot specify a date or time for delivery. If you wish to specify a time or prefer in-person handover, please use the optional courier service below.

If you wish to specify a date/time or prefer in-person handover, please select the paid courier service option. You can specify this on the cart page when placing your order.
About Delivery Date and Time Specification
You can specify your preferred day of the week and time slot.
※Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request due to factors such as remote islands, certain regions, traffic conditions, or natural disasters.
※For made-to-order products, delivery date/time specification may not be possible.
※If no date or time is specified, we will ship the product according to the schedule listed on the product detail page after confirming your payment.

For those who wish to pick up at a "Sales Office"
You can also pick up your order at a designated Yamato Transport sales office. Please enter your preferred sales office (name and code) on the "Shipping Information Entry Screen" when placing your order.
About Payment Methods
Credit Card
All credit cards bearing the JCB, VISA, Master, Diners, or American Express logos are accepted.
You can choose between lump-sum payment, installment payments, or revolving payments.
※The number of installments may vary depending on your card company. Please confirm in advance.
※Cards not under your name cannot be used.
Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
After your order, we will send you a confirmation email with payment details and the amount to be transferred.
※Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
※Production will begin after confirmation of your payment. Delays in payment may affect the delivery date.
Smartphone Payment
You can use smartphone payment via PayPay and Merpay. Simply launch the smartphone app to complete your payment.
■ PayPay
You can pay with your smartphone using the PayPay app. Payment methods registered in the PayPay app, such as PayPay balance, PayPay card, and bank account, can be used.
■ Merpay
You can pay using the Merpay function within the Mercari app. Payment methods registered with Merpay, such as Merpay balance and Merpay Smart Pay, can be used.
※Smartphone payments are only available for lump-sum payments.
※Please update the app you are using to the latest version before making a payment.

The jewelry you order will be carefully wrapped in a dedicated pouch and box with a ribbon.
(A dedicated shopping bag is also included.)

■ Notes on Choosing a Size
Due to the nature of titanium coated rings, they cannot be resized by reprocessing. If you wish to change the ring size, a new ring will need to be made.
We offer a ring sizer (virtually free) for those unsure of their ring size.
Special offer: If you purchase jewelry later, the full cost of the ring sizer will be refunded (discounted). If you are unsure about your size, please feel free to apply.

You can optionally engrave initials, dates, or messages (within 15 characters) on the inside of the ring.
About Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
About Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations or changes.
Your order is considered complete upon receipt of the "Order Confirmation Email." Please carefully review the contents before placing your order.
About Product Exchanges
- Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept product exchanges or exchanges due to color differences, regardless of whether the product has been used, if it is due to customer convenience.
- If you receive a product different from your order, or if the product is damaged, soiled, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our staff will arrange for an exchange or refund. We cannot accept requests after this period.
■ Cases where returns/exchanges cannot be accepted
- More than 8 days have passed since the delivery date.
- The product was scratched due to customer's convenience.
- The product has been used.
About Ring Resizing
- Due to the nature of titanium coated rings, resizing is not possible. If you wish to change the size, a new ring will need to be made.
- The cost of remaking varies by product. Please inquire first.
Product Warranty and Return Shipping Fees
If you receive a product different from your order, or if the product is damaged, soiled, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
In cases of exchange or return due to our company's reasons, we will cover the return shipping costs.
※If the return is due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
