For in-stock products, delivery will be in a minimum of 2 business days.
For made-to-order products, delivery will be in approximately 30-40 days. Details are provided for each product.

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is defective or damaged, or if you receive a product different from your order, please contact us within 8 days of product arrival. We will confirm and arrange for an exchange. In such cases, the return shipping fee will be borne by us, so please send it back cash on delivery.

Our products are primarily made-to-order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer convenience. The following cases are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• The product differs from your image.
• Incorrect order details.
• The product is no longer needed after purchase.
• Other cancellations due to customer convenience.
